Exchange & Refund Policy for Large Women’s Sizes
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BeautifulLadyShoes.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchanges & Refunds:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Shoes must not show signs of wear, scuffing, or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Refund:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and include all tags and packaging materials.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Process:
- If you would like a different size or style, please indicate this when requesting your return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made or personalised shoes cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
